How Tamanna Works Online

When shopping on a partner website or app, you can use Tamanna at checkout in just three quick steps.

1. Choose Tamanna at Checkout

Select “Pay with Tamanna” at checkout on the merchant’s website or mobile app.

2. Sign In or Create an Account

Log in using your Tamanna account. If you’re new, complete a quick signup directly within the checkout screen.

3. Complete Your Purchase

Pay your first installment instantly. The remaining three installments will be automatically charged each month to your registered card. You’ll receive an in-app confirmation and payment schedule right after purchase.

How Tamanna Works In-Store

Using Tamanna in stores is simple — no cards, no extra hardware, just your phone.

1. Tell the Cashier You Want to Pay with Tamanna

At checkout, let the merchant know you’d like to pay with Tamanna.

2. Open the App and Scan the QR Code

Scan the merchant’s QR code or have them scan your Tamanna app to confirm the order amount.

3. Authorize the First Instalment

Confirm the payment in your app. The first installment is paid instantly, and the remaining payments are automatically charged monthly to your saved card

How Tamanna Works via Payment Link

Even if you’re not shopping in person, you can still use Tamanna through secure payment links shared by our partner merchants.

1. Merchant Generates the Link

The merchant creates a unique Tamanna payment link through their Merchant Portal and sends it to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

2. Customer Opens the Link and Pays

Click the link, sign in or sign up, and pay your first instalment securely through the Tamanna app or your browser. Your remaining payments are automatically scheduled each month.

3. Complete Payment

Shoppers click the link, review their payment schedule, and pay the first installment using their credit/debit card.

Yes. Your spending limit is personalized and can go up to 25,000 QAR. Check your available limit anytime in the app.
